EACCME grants second accreditation for Excerpta Medica e-learning course

Excerpta Medica has announced that its second e-learning course, entitled “Diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumours: clinical evaluation and markers” and available through its NET-CME.net website, has received CME accreditation for the course content from the European Union of Medical Specialists’ European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (UEMS-EACCME). This follows the successful accreditation of the first in the series of e-learning courses in November of 2009.
Since mid-2009, the UEMS has received over 70 requests for course accreditation status from education providers across Europe. Of the eight courses accredited thus far, two were developed by Excerpta Medica. |
